How does ChaseBot work?

Connect your Xero account, set up a reminder flow (or use our default), and ChaseBot automatically sends SMS & email reminders when invoices become overdue. When an invoice is marked as paid in Xero, reminders stop automatically.

What happens when an invoice is paid?

ChaseBot syncs with Xero in real-time via webhooks. As soon as a payment is recorded, all reminders for that invoice stop automatically. No manual intervention needed.

Can I customise the reminder messages?

Absolutely. You can create custom reminder flows with your own email and SMS templates, set the timing between steps, and choose which channels to use at each stage. Template variables like customer name, invoice number, and amount are supported.

What's the difference between Free and Paid?

Both plans include all core features: email reminders, SMS reminders, and Xero sync. The main difference is invoice volume: Free supports 5 invoices/month, Paid supports 200. Paid also lets you create up to 6 custom reminder flows and includes CSV export and priority support.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for our infrastructure with row-level security policies, and we never store payment information directly.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.

What integrations do you support?
